Early 14th century remains of a large courtyard castle.
St Quentins Castle is Grade II listed and located in the village of Llanblethian, just outside the market town of Cowbridge.
The castle includes a massive twin-towered gatehouse, and it is commonly believed that the majority of the castle was built by Gilbert de Clare around 1312. Throughout history the building has been used as a defensive structure and a prison before becoming a ruin around 1741.
This is a CADW listed property.
