How it works. We are a one day ticketed event, we plan a route to take you by Coach through spectacular countryside to rural boozers, some untouched by time. You can visit as many or as few pubs as you want, there are no rules to how many pubs you visit. It’s about exploring and experiencing welsh pubs and welsh ales you’ve never tried before…without the worry of driving.

The Real Ale Trail is the best excuse to gather friends together for a day out and explore the region’s best hostelries offering unique beery riches. We are a big supporter of the village pub and small breweries in Wales. bring new customers to a cluster of small independent rural pubs and the idea worked so much so that 10 years on we are still taking peole to village pubs. 27th April
