Oak Lodge is a timber-clad lodge, situated on the end of a private development of 7 lodges. Located in a quiet part of Llantwit Major. The site is accessed via a private road enclosed to the front by Welsh stone walls. Open plan living with modern style furniture and fittings. Includes two bedrooms, one double, one twin with fitted wardrobes, kitchen/dining area with large fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven and washer/dryer, sitting area with flat screen Freeview TV and DVD player. Folding patio doors open onto covered outdoor sitting area overlooking farmland. Access is either via three steps to the rear door or ramp leading to front patio doors There is parking for two cars alongside the lodge and an enclosed rear garden. There is a private communal area which leads to woodland at the rear of the property. Bed linen is provided free of charge. Welcome pack provided. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Oak Lodge is an excellent location for exploring the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan and Capital City of Cardiff.
