Fablas is an award winning hand crafted Welsh dairy ice cream business.  Exciting ice cream flavours are made using locally sourced whole milk and double cream straight from the farm.

Fablas has four stores, located in Cowbridge, Penarth, Porthcawl and Caerphilly, which serve exquisite ice creams, desserts, along with a tempting selection of homemade cakes and bakes produced by their team of in house bakers along with locally sourced single origin barista-made coffee.

Wholesale retail ice creams tubs are also available to order by farm shops, restaurants and dessert parlours.
