Baked by Mel

Baked by Mel, makes freshly baked traditional Welsh Bara Brith at home in small batches.  

Mel is passionate about using local free range eggs in her baking and take pride in good cakes made the old fashioned way.  Products include loaf cakes, cupcakes, brownies, blondies and other tea-time treats.  Bara briths are available to order through the company website for sending to loved ones across the UK.

Sustainability matter to Baked by Mel and every effort is made to minimise the use of non-renewable packaging. Loaves are beautifully wrapped in paper, tied off with cotton string and boxed in a recyclable sturdy cardboard board bearing the brand.  Send as a gift or a beautiful treat to share with family and friends, it brings people together through the love of food.
