Blue Lias Farm Shop

Blue Lias Farm Shop, is stock full of Elwyn's produce, grown and produced on the farm located in St Donats.

It is dedicated to the traditional methods of cultivating vegetables and raising livestock without the use of any artificial fertilisers or pesticides. They use a diverse cropping rotation along with the integrated use of cows, sheep and pigs to maintain and improve soil fertility. Thus enabling the enterprise to grow and produce a diverse range of fresh and healthy seasonal vegetables free from any artificial inputs.

The business also has a small nursery which starts and nurtures own seedlings, grows tomatoes, cucumbers and other salads and hope to experiment with extending the growing seasons.
