A farm assured family farm situated in Colwinston in the Vale of Glamorgan, now with the 4th generation joining the business.

Home to a herd of Aberdeen Angus suckler cows and a flock of breeding ewes raising the very best Welsh Lamb. Farmed using traditional free range methods with animals grazing on herbal lays during the Spring, Summer and Autumn, during the winter months they are fed a diet of home grown fodder.

Both the Aberdeen Angus and Welsh Lamb are renowned world wide for the quality of their meat. The calves remain with their mothers until they are almost 12 months old, and lambs remain with their mothers until they are sold.

At the end of the cycle, stock is taken to a small local slaughter house ensuring short journey times, familiar handling, minimum stress and the highest animal welfare standards.

Beef is available all year around at Cowbridge Farmers' Market and Welsh lamb from June through to just after Christmas.
