Tair Gafr Wines

Tair Gafr wines is a certified organic vineyard specialising in the production of natural wines fermented on native yeasts that live on the vineyard.  The wine has nothing added throughout the fermentation, ageing and clearing processes creating truly unique wines that reflect the terroir of the vineyard.  The vineyard is managed using only natural preparations which are made using plants found locally.  

Educational vineyard tours and tastings are offered to enable keen visitors and wine enthusiasts to learn more about Tair Gafr production methods and organic viticulture.  

Tair Gafr provides an adopt a vine package which truly gives a sense of ownership to the lesson and animal experiences such as private guided alpaca, pygmy goat and mini sheep walks around the vineyard.
